I don't have a lot of recipes, but I use beans, lentils and tvp to stretch what I'm already doing. So reduce the meat in your burgers and meat loaf by subbing in TVP for a third of it. Add lentils to your chicken soup, and black beans to your tacos and enchiladas, etc.

I listened to the audiobook on Libby. It's good enough for a fluffy read when I'm doing something else, but I don't get the hype either.

It is harder for me to self regulate the ADHD portion, so I think it's the opposite for me. I can control for the environmental sensitivities, I'm around people who actually enjoy my info-dumping, my job is not public facing so I don't have to navigate social cues. The ADHD stuff is harder
