I went to a party where everyone was told to bring a dish. One friend who was literally moving out of state the next day brought an absolutely stunning antique serving DISH (empty) that had been in her family for generations,

That sucks. Doc needs to re-code and re-submit and might do so automatically, they want to get paid and they recognize insurance (not patient) should cover this. Insurance companies are evil—these ”errors” are often intentional
