Fair point. Apologies. I’ve misread your original post. Didn’t realise they should have been open. I was talking about the ones who queue up at 9:30 on a Sunday morning asking every member of staff who turns up what time we open knowing full well it’s 10am and expecting us to open early for them! 🤣

We hate lurkers that patrol outside like they’ve got nowhere else to be. At least we’re getting paid to be there. And the ones that run in 2 mins before we close, I only need one thing, then stagger to the till 10 mins later with a shitload of stuff and wonder why we’re scowling at them!!
