A branch speared through my roof. Cost $800 for three guys to cut in new plywood, tar and shingle the spot. Plus do a few other caulking and sealing things around the skylights & chimney. Need it to last another two years.

Hmmm, for that kind of money it's a pretty nice little income for someone buying 12 acres at $5000 per. I wonder, do people get to live there if they want? No plumbing I suppose.
