If the Big Bad Bill doesn’t fail in the House, see how many lose HEALTHCARE state by state. They won’t feel it until after the midterms, so talk to your Red State friends and family NOW.

Seen at yesterday's HANDS OFF rally in my small town. Wheelchair bound and under threat. The Regime doesn't care, but the American People DO care. Stop the violence being enacted by this evil Regime. Now. Especially if you have GOP folks in Congress-- pressure, pressure, pressure.

It's inspiring to see the images of people in the streets all across America yesterday, and everyone should understand that it was happening in small towns everywhere too. Here's an image from my little town.#Inspiring #HandsOff

Read this important and engaging new book by @aliadastagir.bsky.social! Order now. I love the balance between reporting the harms inflicted and wrongs done, on the one hand, & the stories of resistance on the other. Also appreciate the toolkit at the end. Kudos Alia! (Link to her website below.)

The USA had a chance to be better, but 71 million voters chose to align with hate & destruction. Whatever their motives, I don’t care — we know what their actions have unleashed on us all, especially on the most vulnerable among us. Stand up for Justice. No American Taliban. Stop the USA neoNazis.

Excellent new book on Dangerous Jokes, by Claire Horisk. Insightful, clear, and beautifully navigates some pretty treacherous social terrain. I'll be using it in my graduate Phil Language course in Sept, because it is THAT GOOD. Kudos to Horisk. www.amazon.com/Dangerous-Jo...

Honored to have given keynote at Tübingen's College of Fellows, on 11/9, anniversary of Kristallnacht, on Toxic Speech: Resisting Extremist Rhetoric. Comments by Rolf Frankenberger (left) and moderated by Niels Weidtmann (right). 11/9 is always a night to remember, & this was special for me.

Camus gets this absolutely right; we must take this gamble. Words are more powerful than munitions.
