My dad is like this when he is writing things to people. He writes paragraphs, and paragraphs of stuff that isn't needed. Or he'll tell people his whole life story every time he talks to someone, even if they're heard it before. I love him, but sometimes I just don't know lol

I'm right there with you. My dad's health has me so mentally exhausted and just being a caregiver takes everything I have in me not to fall apart. My anxiety has been up and down. Woke up at 3:30 last night and then my brain wouldn't shut up. Life is tough.

My dad is like that too. The other day I was doing the taxes with him, and I needed one of the forms he had and I asked him to hand it to me and he got irritated and thrusted them at me. I got annoyed and told him I was helping him and not to act that way. He immediately apologized, but lord!

I stopped drinking any caffeine three years ago because it was making my anxiety worse. I can't even imagine how far I'd shoot off into space if I drank that many espresso shots 😂
