I'm wondering if it's because Garcia is already dead and would have to be returned in a cardboard box. That might be too much for a lot of people to stomach, even some borderline supporters.

My concern isn't legal-It's that Garcia is already dead and will be returned in a cardboard box. That might explain why Trump is unwilling to comply. He may know Garcia is dead and he doesn't want to be exposed as Garcia's once-removed murderer. He might as well have murdered Garcia himself.

An underlying motivation for discarding medical science is MONEY.
I sick population is easier to exploit than a healthy one. They need more care and more care equals more money for Big Pharma, Big Insurance, morticians, etc. Big donor = motivation.
So, don't get sick and if you do, die fast.
