Health insurance in this country is a broken system. I fear with the current regime we will end up like third world countries where people die on the steps of the hospitals for lack of ability to pay, rather than social medicine like Canada, it's not perfect, but better than the privatized version.

We just had to put Sarah's cat to sleep. There is nothing like watching your child in pain and being unable to help her. She is inconsolable.

I smoked weed and listened to albums studying the covers for hours, I went to summer camp for a month every summer starting at 10, I drove myself to the Jersey shore with friends, got jobs, and fell in love with The Grateful Dead. I took the city bus by myself to Planned Parenthood.

I agree. HCR has been telling us this for a while. She said they would fire thousands of non partisancivil servants and replace them with loyalists.

It's surreal. I can't find my footing. I want to scream from some kind of Mountain Top: "Help! Make it stop!" There are too many silent in complicity for my comfort. It almost feels like they are too secretly in cahoots. The silence is deafening.
