How can Labour be so thick as to think this will win people over to their cause, rather than lose more of their core vote? They should be ashamed of themselves. They seem to bury anything good they do under a stone and trumpet this hideous stuff from the rooftops. Incredibly disappointing.

I think Mr Trump May have very thick cataracts and needs shiny objects to guide him around the Whit House. Ditto the need for red caps.

Why would any MP vote to make their constituents poorer? Welfare payments are barely enough to live on and the British public do not want them cutting. I have previously voted Labour many times but I will never vote for them again. Their stance on Gaza is also reprehensible. I expected more.

Can anyone explain why we keep recycling ex-politicians who didn’t do their job properly anyway. David Cameron gave us the EU vote and then promptly ran away. Exactly the sort of person you don’t want issuing any advice on any topic at all.

I’m not sure who the Labour government think they are governing for but it’s certainly not people who are in need. They appear to be hell bent on only serving one term and I’m afraid on current performance that is all they deserve. I’ve gone past fury to despair- I expected so much more.

Labour have managed, in very short order, to ensure I will never vote for them again. Their attitude to Gaza, rejoining the EU, benefit cuts and removal of winter fuel allowance are sufficient on their own. They are as stubborn as mules. I had high hopes to begin with, but none now.

Most things about the Labour Party are mystifying, except that it is crystal clear that they do not intend to safeguard the majority of people in our society.

Lord Darroch is correct - our future lies with the EU rather than the US. The Labour Party’s total inability to engage with the concept is very peculiar- I cannot decide if it is timidity holding them back or just wrong-headedness when the majority of the country wants re-entry.

I don’t understand why NHS mail has to have the logo on at all - what if you have an appointment which you don’t want others in your household to know about. Surely all mail should be treated with equal importance if designated first class.

If you have the ear of the government, please tell them that this action, if pursued, will be a stain on the Labour Party forever. It will also lose them the next election. I have voted Labour for most of my life but I will not vote for them again.
