No, I think the problem is greed.
The problem is society and capitalism.
Excessive capitalism has STOPPED human curiosity and increased consumption and poor science.
Why?
"I WANT TO BE RICH!"
But look what capitalism has caused - more consumption, more climate change, more disease, more poverty
