I have so much anxiety over medical appointments. My brain just naturally gravitates towards thinking about the worst possible thing it could be. Thank goodness Saturday is almost here and it will be done and over with.

Same! As a socially anxious introvert I can easily spend long periods of time alone. Do you find anything in particular helps? Only if you’re comfortable sharing though.

Yeah, there was a hyena there and then a crocodile emerged from the water and they just sorta morphed in to one. 😂
