A prayer for #Ukraine heard in a Kyiv church this past October. Today marks three years of the full-scale invasion and over 11 years of war. They gave Ukraine three days. Thinking of family, friends, and everyone I’ve interviewed since 2014 who continue on under horrific circumstances.

Was an honor to be in conversation with Tetyana Teren at the Ukrainian Institute in NYC last night to discuss Victoria Amelina’s posthumously published book “Looking at Women, Looking at War: A War and Justice Diary.” The book is now available for purchase in the US and I highly recommend it.
