(also, the dripping doodle in the condensation of the window is a wonderful touch, ties this all together wonderfully.... character studies are so awesome sauce!)

help instill that sickness of longing, and it just makes the clarity of "I wish the world was more magical" hit me like a truck. I like it a lot! I think it connects the pieces of yomi in a very succinct way (ironic, considering how much she circles around what she really wants to get across, lol)

love how it's written almost like it's a transcript, for some reason I get a really vivid image of yomi in her room speaking into a tape recorder or something. it really helps the feeling like we're seeing a side to her she keeps hidden. the way in which she fumbles for the right words really does-

this is a dramatic reenactment of course but every pause i still had to bury my face in my hands i can't handle this
