I recall reading an interview with a fella a few years ago in which he said, “Yeah, I met Epstein once. Vibes were off.”

I am acquainted with @lydialaurenson.bsky.social. She is not exaggerating about living a Weird Stuff life, such that her Vibes Were Off account here is terrifying.

anyway, not that anyone seems to care what I think about all this, but for the record, the timing and circumstances of the final breakup are contested, for uh, contextual reasons

It’s honestly kind of hilarious at this point

Me: holding absolutely gigantic flag that says CONTEXT

Reporters: eh. we’d much rather drink at these parties than go check out that flag

It’s just that it would have been nice if anyone at all had contacted me about this. At all. A fact checker would have been especially nice. But even just a heads up would have been appreciated

This is the mention btw. They didn’t use my name but it’s easy to find out who the woman is from this quote.

I guess on the bright side anyone who reads this is going to realize that there is, uh, some missing context…

‪Also, if you start using Apple Pay or Google Pay everywhere, then that plugs a lot of security gaps during real-life credit card use‬

- If a company is being sketchy about canceling a subscription, you can close the specific card on that merchant

- If a merchant gets hacked and your info stolen, it doesn’t matter - each card’s info is locked to its function

I learned about this service via social media and want to pass it on. :)

yeah after years of thinking about it and watching social fabrics, I don’t understand how it’s really supposed to work unless it’s a full-on intervention with a bunch of people involved

though, one thing is, I think it can help someone know who to decompress with if they later regret their actions?
