Take a minute or two every couple hours to feel profoundly grateful for the good you've already received, the good that's in front of you. This practice opens the floodgates to receive even MORE good. Appreciate what you already have, even the crack in the ceiling. Gratitude changes everything. 💖🦋

Volunteer to feed 18,000 (!) people from more than 125 different nonprofits and schools throughout the greater Los Angeles area. This year, our goal is to fill 4,500 (!) bags full of delicious Thanksgiving food for grateful people in time for Thanksgiving dinner. BigSunday.org #feedthehungry
