I got so mad when I paid mine off and my credit score took a huge dip - bc student loan was my oldest account. Closing it made my average age of accounts drop way down.

Thanks for reminding us of a consequence of boycotting that some don’t consider. It’s not the CEOs/owners that feel the immediate impact - these massive companies can just cut labor and ride it out.
