Ok so Hyrox was in the spotlight for November, but I did do some other things:
* Oregon to visit one of my oldest & dearest friends 🏔️
* Training/ working out 💪🏻 ( of course)
* Live music 🎶 ( of course)
* Dallas/Hyrox 🤘🏻💪🏻🏃🏻♀️(OF COURSE)
* Spending some time with my darling mother 💛

Although I have been sick 🤧 i managed to complete my Fourth of July 5k, go to a bbq with friends and get some pool time. And today I hit 9 months sober 🫶🏻

Quick Cali trip. A lot was the same, a lot was different… including myself. First time visiting since getting sober. I don’t know exactly what I was looking for on this visit but I definitely got some closure. Wonderful and heartbreaking.
