Champak is the softest, most comfortable mask I’ve tried and are pretty breathable. Headstraps can convert to earloop. Zimi are also breathable and offer earloop, and headstrap options, and valved versions if that might help with the sweatiness.

I think it would depend on what you’re trying to filter out of the air whether there are people in the room(s) 24/7 or only certain hours each day.
