The Oliva V is definitely bold, peppery, and dry-forward, so it tends to appeal more to smokers who enjoy fullbodied, spicy profiles rather than creamy or sweet finishes. For some palates, that Nicaraguan strength can come off as bitter...especially if you prefer smoother blends.
