I haven't posted regularly because we are on the verge of being done with the "creation" part, and about to start the "tuning" part - expect an onslaught of content then :)

With more than 90% of the content done, I'm finally able to finish all the island minimaps: displayed on the player grimoire they feature major landmarks, quests or zones of interest.
I can now experience Drakkenridge as a whole, and hopefully soon, you too!

One thing can be heart-breaking when you are a dev: content you made that needs to be cut out, because of time left, because you can't fit it in the "polish loop", because it's "unfocused"...Bye bye Ork Island, maybe see you as an expansion?

Some dungeons are designed for you to look up :) It would be a shame not to, in VR the sense of scale is impressive! (in magenta, the player, for scale)

I'll make better screenshots soon! Did you do other animals? I've also textured the eagles, horses, wolves, etc...
At some point before launching, if I can get a list of names for the credits section... I was thinking of mentioning Polyperfect, but I have no trouble mentioning individuals as well.

A fun part when doing a dungeon kit, is to use it in a "pristine" state, but also in a "completely ruined" way ... it allows visual diversity in the dungeon, make it feel "lived-in", and it's just generally fun to set-dress :) (dungeon still mostly untextured)

Started working on the final dungeon of DrakkenRidge (technically, I'll still have one more small dungeon to design after, but it's side-content, not main quest related)

At launch, Drakkenridge will have 5 islands for the player to explore, each with its own quests, dungeons, enemies, resources, etc
Each island (except the Fiskradder Island) will have an Inn where players can access their lair, get side quests, etc

Finishing my last game biome, the Elf island, and thought it would be cool to show player scale (in pink). Upper left pic, the player is 1 pixel big. This is a medium-size island. We have 5... Our main isle is twice as big :)

While multiple "debates" are plaguing the game industry, let me offer you some comfort and zen with a bird sanctuary (they still fight! ;)) (birds are being worked on, based on a model by @polyperfectteam)
