We need to get the boys club out & get more women in charge.

Honestly, if they are at that level in school they should know what assignments are expected & make sure they are handed in. I'd probably make one general announcement about making sure assignments are in. If it's not turned in they don't get an F.

Slowly build the time you put them into an uneasy situation. For instance, take one to a park but stay on the outskirts. When he/she relaxes their guard, treat & praise. Slowly get closer to people, giving them treat/praise. Repeat with each one individually until they learn it is nothing to fear.
