I haven't researched the topic in depth but I watched a video on Adam Savage's 3D printer workspace, he has a dedicated cabinet with a mini dehumidifier in it to dry out the filament before and during use. He's so lucky, giant workspace and all the tools he could ever want, so jelly x3
