use a crock pot and start w/abt 2c ckn broth. start adding any and all vegetables I can fit in the pot, no celery, I don’t like celery. onions, carrots, yellow & green squash, baby bok choy, hint of minced garlic, chopped spinach, parsnips. I think that’s what’s in the bowl in the photo. Enjoy!

My 26-yr-old daughter, living in UK, has a BA in French, & studied Spanish & Chinese as an undergrad. The women in my family have an aptitude for languages and law. However, I’m on leave from law school because I am going through treatment for Cancer. No reason for post. Just wanted to say hi again.
