I think we put so much pressure on ourselves that too often, we forget that our relationships with others aren't about always having the perfect thing to say or doing the exact right thing, but about showing up and trying for them, even if it's not "perfect"

birthday was yesterday n allI got was anxiety abt my health insurance ending bc I don't currently have a job that has good health insurance, so I was on my mom's still. it technically doesn't end until the start of august, but I take an off-brand of adderall bc adhd n a less common antidepressant so
