Over 80 year old Steamtug Turso got a ride-along from a modern tug H. Kanter. Turso was moved from summer pier to winter pier as there happens to be a shipyard in same harbour. Plus this shipyard is where Turso was made in 1944.

Few pipes needed service or replacement, like the steam line for the steam horn. It had a small leak. We can fix this for next season.

One task was to brush and clean the fire tubes. This is a dirty, dusty and sweaty job in a hard-to-work position.

We had already earlier emptied the boilers, each with 16 m^2 of water. Today we also emptied the reserve tanks that were another 25+ m^2 of fresh water.
