Here are some things I think doesn't work with my booth :
- too messy
- too many fandoms
- too different artstyles / projects
- Merch doesn't work (ideas/shapes/artstyle)
- Not a clear theme through the booth
- booth doesn't stand out enough...

For now I'm going to destock everything I have and
