Yeah she can play on the right too, but it’s not her best position. I don’t mind getting a experienced player like her, but she’s not the ideal Fox back up imo

Yeah you’re not wrong, but I do think that works two ways. Defense clearly looks more unsettled with Manu behind them, they don’t trust her

She has been good and wouldn’t mind keeping her. They have a bit a different profile, but still think that in terms of quality there isn’t much between her and Beth. You just can’t keep both imo, we need another winger with a different skillset and mostly speed

Yeah think they find a really good balance between pressing and not being too open like they have been in a lot of games recently

What do you think Mariona’s best position is? She’s been switching between the midfield and the wing and played good and bad games in both positions, but think it would help her and the team if she got a run of games in one position

Exactly. Arsenal is (maybe rightfully) criticized for not matching Chelsea’s investment, but it’s odd that clubs like Liverpool and Spurs aren’t criticized more for not investing or coming even close to challenging for the top spots

She’s 26, she’s not going to develop into a different player anymore. Russo is a great footballer, but not and elite goal scorer and never will be imo. Think Stina has more of a striker instinct, but obviously not the technical ability of Russo

Yeah maybe, I’m not convinced that our starting midfield in a lot of games including top games next season won’t still include Lia and Kim and I don’t think that’s a good thing

How do you see KCC’s role in the future? It’s clear that she’s very good on the ball, but in games against better opposition she still needs Lia (or Kim) next to her to help defensively and I’m also not sure if Pelova is the player that can take over that role in the future

Yesterday’s game was way too transitional and things calmed down when Lia came on, but also without Lia we should be able to do better in those situations. Shouldn’t we expect more from Leah in those situations, she’s the captain, playing centrally and has the qualities on the ball
