Hey, that’s good. She seems to be able to engage and likes going. Improvement may take a while. It’s important that she feels comfortable. I think „real“ therapy with one therapist would be ideal so that she can form a bond that allows her to open up and feel safe.

I‘m not from the UK so excuse my ignorance: what difference is there between counseling and therapy (or specially CBT)? What did the counselors say and what did your daughter think of it? What would your daughter say is wrong? Does she engage with you?

May I ask you why you don’t think therapy could help?

It worked! Maybe you or someone could help me with a follow-up question: Clearsky says I haven’t any accounts blocked but I activated several block lists. They don’t show up. Do they only show up if I block manually?
