This is Buddy having an eyes open snooze on my lap showing his 1 long fang. He came into our life suddenly right after the devastating loss of 1 of our cats & 1 of our dogs w/in 2 mos & helped us all heal. He was with us for 14 yrs. We called him The Sheriff because he always kept the peace.

Oliver ended up spending the night outside last night, (sneaky boy!) but was at the front door when I got up and immediately beelined it to the garage. We got them some self-heating beds yesterday and filled the boxes, he immediately got snuggled in. These guys are looking for a good home!

The boys have appointments!! Not til Dec. but that's sooner than we expected. Working with Pasado's Safe Haven this time as they had the earliest availability & they have a mobile clinic in our area. Still need to find some homes for them but they have adapted to being in the garage so well

Got the smallest pumpkins this year and they were the easiest carving ever! They're so cute! Too bad we only had 3 trick or treaters

The Halloween boys are in the garage! We've reached out to Feral Cat Spay & Neuter Project to see about getting appts for them. They really need homes, though. They are all super affectionate & smart & seems like they just want to be in. Please share so we can hopefully get them home(s).

You can't really see the cat eye effect on the pic, but I got my Halloween nails yesterday. Black base with blood red cat eye overlay so the red comes through as I move my fingers in different spots. LOVE THEM!!

In honor of getting my covid booster and now feeling like I was hit by a truck (positive), today will be beef stew in the crockpot for dinner day! Took what little energy I had to get it going but it will be worth it.

About 6 mos after my good boy (Ash) passed my hubby came home late from work after I went to bed. His sister (Zira) ran downstairs to see him & I heard whining at the door & saw Ash. W/o thinking said, "go on & say hi to Papa" & he ran out the door & disappeared..I realized what happened & lost it

I got mine earlier this week and just had time to open it today! Love it! Also this inspired me to have another look at the shop and ended getting a couple more mugs for christmas gifts this year (although I might just keep the wish mug).

We've been working with both of them and I think they can be adopted out eventually but all the rescues are so overrun here. I wish we could take both of them in but we already have 5 and that is the limit. TNR is best we can do for now.
