I do miss the way that stolen designs and replicas were rare and SHAMED if you (knowingly) purchased one.

Now they’re so pervasive, lots of people don’t even know where to buy originals to support the artist or designer who made them 😭

I do miss the beautiful velvet releases a lot of EGL brands used to release, the community spaces we used to have online.
I miss printed media being our first look at new drops and collections.

I don’t miss the body checking, fatphobia that was the norm in the communities we did have.
