Weeiiiird 🤔 There's a chance you might have to update the firmware yourself (which terrified me), support was pretty prompt at pointing me to directions when asked though!

Oh interesting, which model exactly? I have the Air v2 and it shipped with some firmware issues, maybe yours is a little jank too?
