This is from the May 22 2025 VRBPAC meeting. The data is suggesting that the protection from the mRNA vaccine isn't good enough for immunocompromised individuals over the age of 65 and having them rush out to get the mRNA vaccine today instead of waiting for Novavax is detrimental to them.

I hate to be argumentative about this but the data presented at the May 22 VRBPAC meeting suggests that the mRNA vaccine for SARS-CoV-2 isn't good enough to protect immunocompromised individuals over the age of 65. There is also a plethora of data showing that Novavax outclasses mRNA vaccines.
