I remember being TERRIBLE at memorizing my scales and tabs because it just felt so confusing. Even looking at this - while in depth - my eyes go cross lol.
My teacher was big on making sure we knew to read sheet music and not get used to tabs and I did great at that...

I read his little three post thread and unless my reading comprehension is off, I think he's actually saying that AI *IS* bad and people on the left who don't think ai is a big deal need to listen to the ai-doom hype.

Man, I don't remember any of this stuff (learned in high school classes). I still know how to just read straight up sheet music. But scales and all that? Out the damn window. Just play by ear now. Nothing serious, obviously, just for funsies and relaxation.
