With the notable exception of the Bluey episode about cricket, three series in, which revolves entirely around a group of middle aged dads trying and failing to bowl out Rusty. Yes, it was written for under 10s and has talking dogs, but surely one of the finest cricket games ever dramatised.

I was lucky enough to be given Taking Flight by @levparikian.bsky.social for Christmas. What a wonderful book! I just disturbed a moth in our laundry and felt wonder as I watched it flutter past my face. A book to make you marvel at incredible flight without even leaving the room!
