I am sad because I loved the episode and feel like SNW is far better this season overall. I used to sometimes find you way too overenthusiastic about LD but I'd rather things erred that way. Sorry, you are an amazing ST interpreter and critic but not watching for a downer. Catch you later.

Unfortunately, as we can see across the water, pretty much anything can happen if the people concerned get into power. It could be the same here if we are not careful. Keep him out!

4/My husband had been suffering from mystery calf pains (he was checked out for a DVT which was negative) which we now suspect were caused by low potassium. This might be a topic for BBC You and Yours perhaps?

3/Our son who also has high BP was visiting recently and happened to see us eating it so now we know. Actually I think I had heard of it being a problem before years ago but we had simply forgotten. There should be a warning flash on every pack.
