Oh so your point isn't about it being in alpha, it's about him writing about Bungie, because that wasn't what you originally said. Also weaponizing rage? LOL. Paul has pretty clearly supported and played everything Bungie has put out for 2 decades. Hes a journalist, he can criticize too.

So you're not allowed to have any impressions or comparisons because it's in alpha? Zero foresight allowed? Can't predict what a final product will look like? 2 games in the same genre have alphas the same week and we can't say, objectively, which one is better?

Where is he wrong tho. I've played both Alphas, and he didn't miss anything in the comparison.

this game is for me, long time BR/Extraction/PVP player. and I have an alpha code and have been playing. Paul is 100% spot on here. This game has zero hook right now and much of the UI and Mechanics are a distraction, if not downright bad.
