1/ I love the idea of a game centered around racing. Fast and Furious would obviously be an influence, but I also love everything from Wacky Racers to Cannonball Run to Twisted Metal to Fury Road.

1/ The Matrix feels like a perfect setting for an RPG, and while there isn't an official one, this seems like the kind of thing you could put together with FATE or Apocalypse World. It would require a lot of home-brewing though.

1/I have many Cyberpunk games. There's Cyberpunk Red, based on the OG Cyberpunk 2013/2020 that I played the hell out of in college. There's Sprawl, an Apocalypse World-based game I've run a couple of times.

1/ I picked up the beautiful deluxe version of this game when it was Kickstarted. I love the Avatar world, I love that the RPG covers three eras (Kyoshi Era, Aang Era, Korra Era).

1/ Listen, I love me some time travel. I think if I were going to run one I'd run Fate of Cthulhu, which has a neat twist on the Cthulhu mythos, blending in a sort of Terminator vibe.

1/ Last year at BGG I played Creature Caravan, by designer and artist Ryan Laukat. I was quite taken with it, and this world of sort of post-apocalyptic and yet also cozy fantasy seemed like a good fit for an RPG, so I picked that up as well.

1/ Mostly just because I have a lot of friends who rave about it, I want to run a game using Monte Cook's Cypher System. I have no idea what game it would be, they've got a lot of cool little worldbooks for it.

1/ I have almost all of Pathfinder 1.0, and while some find it too crunchy (and I understand that), for me it's about as perfect as D&D 3.5 ever got. And there are *so* many options, and I like their world, albeit not as much as Eberron.

1/ Another thing people know I love is heists. Monte Cook has a game, Stealing Stories For the Devil, about reality-warping thieves who can change realities with their story in service to heists, and it seems fun but does require me to learn another system.

1/ Everyone who knows me knows that Terriers, a one season show about unlicensed detectives in San Diego, is one of my favorite shows. This game would be private detectives, with influences from Terriers to Elmore Leonard to Magnum, P.I.

1/ I've had this idea that a fun D&D campaign would be one where the PCs are essentially monster hunters, start them off hunting level one monsters and then basically go through the Monster Manual, finding the interesting ones for each level.

1/ Take Two Interactive's Midnight Suns is probably the best superhero game ever put out, and I am a little bummed it didn't do better, meaning we'll never get a sequel.

1/ I have always loved the supernatural western world of Deadlands, and I like the Savage Worlds-based game that uses poker chips and cards, it's a very flavorful rules set that fits the theme. I've run a couple one shots, but never a longer game.

1/ I've run a fair amount of games in all parts of D&D's Eberron, and I've run a handful of pirate games, but I've never run a game based around the Lhazaar Principalities, where the pirates of Eberron are based.

1/ Back in the early 2000s, when Marvel and DC did a crossover, their universes merged into something called Amalgam, which had things like Super-Soldier (a mash-up of Captain America and Superman), Spider-Boy (a mash-up of Spider-Man and Superboy),

1/A long time ago I bought the Metabarons RPG (which is apparently worth a bunch of money now), largely because it was really pretty. A couple years ago, I backed the European sci-fi game Farsight, for much the same reasons.

1/ I have kickstarted or bought roughly a dozen FATE games, and run... none of them. I've got my eye on Apocalypse Keys, which is a game about monsters working for a mysterious organization dedicated to battling the supernatural.

1/ I picked up Renegade's G.I. Joe game and several of the sourcebooks and adventures. I was mostly impressed, although it was clear that they were more enamored of the cartoons and less so the comics, which were the foundational G.I. Joe of my youth.

1/ I love Spelljammer and I love Starfinder, and I've run both, but it's been a while, especially for the former. After reading the recent Spelljammer novel, even with how disappointing the 5E version was, I really do want to play it again.

1/ Look, do all RPGs tend toward the comedic in one way or another? Sure. Do I love sitcoms, from Cheers to Newsradio to The Good Place and more? Absolutely. I remember playing Toon in the '80s and really loving it.

1/ One of my favorite games from a while back was a Spycraft game, a D20/D&D 3.5 based game that incorporated a sort of G.I. Joe/Mission Impossible vibe. I've also played Top Secret, the James Bond RPG, and probably a few others.
