They talk and act as if they're entitled to be in these spaces and to be friends with these different streamers. and that is all of *our* fault for banning them to drive them into ban evasion and stressing out other people.

seriously, just dont engage with this person. They harass anyone who gives them any chance to. Even many community members across different streamer spaces have also been targeted by meowy begging them to ask mods to get them unbanned. They don't care about boundaries, they do not stop.
