My foot hurt for some odd reason for over a month before I got an x-ray. Turns out I had a stress fracture that I got in my SLEEP.

After 4 months with a boot, it finally healed.

I once lost a Mystery Shop report for not doing it. Got in a little trouble for it.

Now when I do favors for people at my firm, I alternate "anytime" and "my pleasure" out of habit.
