I kept being reprimanded for being late for 5 minutes (by the other person) or doing this or that

one time he served me a paper saying that my vacation was not approved because I hadn't told him about it

You'd think in a company that is owned by your parent, you'd be safe, but no...

The other owner (50/50) hated me, belittled me and just was a major jerk, and like 5 out of the total 10 workers were part of his family

Thinking about this reminded me of the first 5 years of work I did...

And why I don't really like my dad either.

for 5 years, so from 18 to 23 years old I worked for my dads company, washed trucks and stuff

well I didn't fit in with the rest of the people

And I was bullied

I was told that I was using clothes that were too nice, or wearing sunglasses or something and "attracting attention" to my self or some shit

so even that was my fault
