Sean Eyestone is credited so that narrows it down to MGS4, PW and MGSV. But in 4 iirc he was a Level Designer and not in an oversight capacity, so that's out.
I'm going to say Peace Walker since this seems to be for VO and in PW he helped record soldier voices iirc.
