Changes:
- DOF is disabled by default
- Shadow highlights are disabled as they seem to mask some of the regular highlights (fix incoming!) - also they need to be toned down

Gonna revisit the procedural cloud shader code sometime soon to fix the last few quirks that I have with them. Edge-aware normals being the first thing I attend to.
