While the corporations are racing towards a world where they don't need us, we should be scrambling to create a world where we don't need them.
The only reason people eat green peppers is that the growing season wasn't long enough to get them ripe. I never liked them unless sauteed in butter and onions. Ripe peppers are so much better.
