This is telegraphing a ton of information. Trump's "patriots" won't see punishment for their actions. I'm going to assume that Federal jurisdiction crimes, which support Trump's regime, will be pardoned. And in areas of the US where Trump support is strong, State crimes may have a blind eye turned.
