I do not blame Smith; he did the best he could while being boxed in by the DOJ and the courts at every turn. The only thing I wish he had done differently is filed the classified documents case in a different jurisdiction than one that had Aileen Cannon a possibility. He drew the short straw there.

I get it, he’s trying to remain the decent, upstanding guy that he is, but maybe not so much when greeting the person who is largely responsible
for the downfall of our country.

This could get really bad. Military officers pledge to support and defend the Constitution, against all enemies, foreign and domestic. We don’t pledge loyalty to a man, which is what he wants.
