Good call. My elderly parents refuse to tip in anything but cash as they think that tipping electronically is "a scam," and none of it goes to the intended person. I don't know how common that perception is, but that may explain it. But, as you point out, not worth it at all.

That blog article mostly lines up with what I've experienced throughout MMOGs. If a MMOG has multiple servers, high population servers have many speed runners who only care about efficiency. Low population servers are cliquey and new players are on their own. Medium population is the sweet spot.
