i miss buttons, i miss dials, i miss being able to quickly glance at something and adjust quickly if needed and not have to futz with a touch screen while looking away from the road. i miss physical objects. please, cars were already fine. stop reinventing the wheel. i just wanna drive safely.

and put analog speedometers back because im so afraid of the screen just turning off and idk how fast im going. has happened before, luckily i had an analog speedometer so i could keep driving but if that happens in a digital-only car im fucked.

For everyone without EV brainrot, ICE vehicle is used as a stand-in for internal combustion engine (gas powered cars, basically) and I frequently get scared by it. Like, wym an ICE car parked in the charging space? Get his ass. Then I remember it's just gas and I get mad for a less serious reason.
