haven't posted in awhile, here are some sketches i've done lately! also trying out a new signature thingy

finally got around to drawing my tanuki fursona Hana!

first full color sketch i've done! nothing too crazy but for a first attempt i'm very satisfied with it, might come back to it at a later point to spruce it up more

more bunny girl sketches! tried my hand at doing proper line art but i feel mixed about it, gonna try tinkering with brushes in the future to make it look less flat

had a 2nd go at making a bunny girl! for clarity her name isn't Luna, i'm experimenting with a signature for my art and i thought me going by Luna might make the most sense. i'll play around with it more in the future

here's a random bunny girl i made! i think it came out decently well despite me having some trouble in the initial blocking phase. for a beginner with only about a month's worth of actual practice, i feel like i've made great progress and i'm happy with my results! looking forward to improving more

first attempt to draw my tanuki sona, Hana! there's lots of room for improvement, i made her too skinny for what i'd want and i have no clue how to make hair lol. but it's a decent start and i think i captured 3d depth on the body relatively well for a beginner. gonna keep at it!

decided to try sketching shapes over a palico! its not necessarily conducive to improving my anatomy, but i wanna draw stuff i like and its still practice for my eyes to identify shapes. lots of room for improvement but for a first try, not too bad

having difficulties staying consistent with drawing every day, and i'm running into mental barriers that make it difficult to improve. so here are some random squiggles. its better than nothing i suppose

sorry i've been dead for a whole month, was extremely busy with stuff. my semester's over now so hopefully i'll have more free time for stuff

anyhow here are some very rough anatomy practices of other people's art i had saved on my computer, still need to get used to a digital drawing pad

here are some more sketches that i forgot to post from last week. i like how black sclera look in eyes so its probably what i'll go with for a style in the future

i'm gonna be try to be on bluesky less so i'm more productive. expect way less reposts from me. i still wanna keep up with sketching though so i'll continue to post those, here's some random sketches i did while in class!

drew another manikin, not super happy with it but any drawing is better than none, and it lets me know that i need to practice more on perspective and proportions
