The studies have been done in psychology on testosterone and physical activity. The main studies were women because testosterone spikes consistently across their cycle, but there are studies done on men too.

They really don't fall flat for those concerned. The ingredients in vanilla pudding (mainly the thickening agents like cornstarch) help keep the dome shapes.

Submission guidelines are exactly to do that. From the initial contact to the format/layout of the file. I've got agents and pubs that I format for & when they need xyz they mean exactly xyz. Failure to read the guidelines can tank a good writer quick.

From my submission editors I work with in other veins, they say it's because it's easier to either be on topic or not, and it makes the pool smaller to sort through.

I had exceptional luck with them/holiday submissions than general submissions.

This recipe wasn't bad. It was the best batch out of three recipes I made. (Trying to clean out the million recipes that are just repeats 😂) It spread a little more than I wanted.
