That’s a good idea. I usually just bottle everything, which is not a good route. But I really do struggle with reaching out for help because I fear that rejection.

Not isolating is a good idea. Especially since I really feel like doing that recently. I’m just worried that because I feel so sad and so low, I’m just gonna bum out the people i care about and I’m scared they will leave me if they see how sad I am.
